From Pain to Purpose — And Power
I’m Rose Rye — author, business and personal coach, wife, woman of faith, and proud dog mum to Ninja Turtle. I’m as at home leading a powerful coaching session as I am with my family on the couch, coffee in hand, and my dog curled up by my side.
For years, I carried the weight of other people’s expectations. I looked strong on the outside, but inside I felt disconnected, burnt out, and unsure of who I was anymore. I know what it’s like to keep pushing while silently wondering if this is all there is.
My turning point came when I chose to stop pretending, face the truth, and rebuild my life from the inside out. It wasn’t neat or easy — but it was real. And it’s the same transformation I now guide my clients through: honest conversations, practical strategies, and the courage to show up fully.
